David Maldonado

David received his M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech in 2001 as a Patricia Roberts Fellow and his B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering at the University of Puerto Rico, Mayaguez in 1991. His early research included electronic circuit implementation using thick and thin film hybrid microelectronics technologies. David is a student member of IEEE Communications Society and the International Microelectronics and Packaging Society (IMAPS).
David has a number of years of engineering design and technical sales experience in the wireless telecommunications industry, including experience at Ericsson, Inc. and the Anritsu Company. In his spare time, David can be found playing with his two young daughters, listening to music, fixing electronic equipment or enhancing his automotive repair skills.
